Description: In order for a new leader to assimilate into a culture and be effective in leading, he or she must outline a road map for success or an "entry plan" to ease the transition. My entry plan incorporates ideas from Stephen Covey's "4 Imperatives of Leadership" and includes the following steps:
Rationale for Inclusion and Reflection: This entry plan demonstrates my ability to articulate a plan for a transition in leadership. It is not always easy to transition between leaders and I have learned the importance of having a clear entry step-by-step entry plan.
